It's enough that the old "Song Starters" walk away as Worship Leaders. They walk away with the knowledge and ideas on how to involve a congregation in their singing worship to God with a new, higher level of congregational worship. I would love to one day be able to attend one of these myself as a student, and not just the video man. :-) I learned a lot in the short durations that I was there, and have used that in my worship leading. Everyone who already does, or wants to start leading the singing part of worship needs to attend this institute!
