Importance of the sound engineer
Concerts Saturday, November 7th, 2009
Here’s a photo of the sound check for the Capetown concert. Tim Corder of Detroit, Michigan is doing an outstanding job with the sound engineering and road managing duties. For those of you who have toured with singing groups before, you already know the importance of a good sound check and quality sound equipment. Tim has meticulously adjusted the mix to achieve excellence. It’s also amazing to hear how a group of guys start to really gel after singing together for just a few days. This combination has never sung together before, but the blend has been fabulous.
My internet connections have been spotty, so you may hear from me in spurts. Just know that God’s hand has been upon this trip and many people have been blessed by the music ministry of this group, and through the Praise & Harmony workshops. Thank you for your prayers!
