Christmas and over-commercialization?

I saw Christmas decorations being displayed well before Thanksgiving this year. Do you think Christmas has been hyper-commercialized? Or, are you just happy that deep within all the hub bub, even non-disciples seem to acknowledge the deity of the Christ? Take this poll and leave your comments.

From my perspective, I celebrate the Christ’s birth, life, death and resurrection year round and I practice giving year round. To me Christmas has become a secular practice that I do enjoy, but yes, I think it goes on for too long.
