Humor Saturday, December 26th, 2009
This is Atsushi Tsuneki, Minister for Mito Church of Christ. He did an outstanding job of translating the Praise & Harmony workshop and in promoting the weekend outreach for the Mito church. Atsushi happens to hold a black belt in karate. I coaxed him into striking this pose, so I could post this photo which shouts, “Welcome to our church!”

Yesterday Atsushi sensei as song leader for the day, included some of the techniques Keith Lancaster taught on Saturday. Everyone was invigorated by the Lancaster singers. Hirose sama wanted to keep singing going and added a song before he led the closing prayer.
I always mention to the leaders of Mito church when It has been an exceptional
spiritual worship day (from my perspective). December 27th was one of those days. Anyone there, I hope, would agree. Thanks to Atsushi Tsuneki, Mike MacClain, Yasuo Hira,
Mark Hancock, Jun Uzawa, Marlin Ray and other church leaders in Ibaraki we all got to experience a great praise. worship yesterday. We thank the Lancasters for giving up their at home Christmas for Christmas in Japan with us.
The attendance was exceptional on Wednesday night, Saturday and at the worship service yesterday.
Eloise, The experience was our pleasure as a family to enjoy the fellowship, worship and outreach. We pray that the results can be long-lasting. Thanks for your kind words.
