Worship with the North West’s South West Church in Tigard
Worship Sunday, April 25th, 2010
Tigard, Oregon was the site for a Praise & Harmony workshop on Friday evening, drawing worshipers from the entire Oregon and Washington region. The South West Church is an outstanding congregation of God’s people who are dedicated to excellence. Todd Hall is very passionate in leading this congregation’s desire and drive to worship God. It was a pleasure to join them for both of the Sunday morning assemblies to lead a mix of hymns and contemporary songs. Next stops on this tour: Myrtle Creek and Medford, Oregon before the Pepperdine Lectures.

We looked forward to and prepared for the SW Praise and Harmony Workshop for over six months, and despite our high expectations, the evening was even more uplifting than we expected. We had visitors from as far as Corvallis, where the Circle Church sent a large contingent including young worship leaders. A Quaker couple came who had taught their church a P & H song and were excited to learn more. We were blessed to have you lead our Sunday worship, although Sharon’s illness that kept you here was not how we would have had it, had we a choice. We’d love to host you again in the near future.
Gary, it was so evident how much you had prepared. It makes all the efforts worthwhile. Thanks to you, Todd and all the folks at Tigard for making it a wonderful experience.
