Christ Is Risen! Praise & Harmony Singers

Volunteer singers, who auditioned as quartets and committed to rigorous independent rehearsals, traveled to Texas to record the Praise & Harmony release, “Everlasting God.” Some traveled from as far as South Africa to lend their voices to the three day session.

Spiritual growth and fellowship was prioritized along with a serious quest for excellence. As a result of the quartet auditions, voices were evenly numbered between the four vocal parts.

The Mighty God CD, recently released, was recorded in Amarillo, Texas and is available through The Acappella Company. Musical slides are also being produced for churches to sing the Praise & Harmony arrangements in their assemblies.

Melissa Lancaster directed this video, utilizing the special talents of David Moore.

  1. This makes the 8th Praise & Harmony project that I have been blessed to be a part of since 2004. Just when I think they can’t get any better, I’m blown away again. If you’ve never experienced being a part of the Praise & Harmony projects, I encourage you to get in on this. It is one of the most incredible times you will ever have in your life. We are a family. We laugh together, we cry together, and we encourage one another. Words can’t express how being a part of this family makes one feel. I know it’s just a taste of what Heaven is going to be like, and I can’t wait! Thanks to everyone’s hard work in putting this all together. What a blessing. Can’t wait for November!

    • Not many people can say they have been a part of all eight recordings. Thank you, Julie, for your devotion to Him and to making the Praise & Harmony recordings the best they can be.

  2. What an amazing experience this was! At the last minute, the other three members of my quartet had to back out, leaving me with a choice. Do I travel all the way from South Georgia by myself or stay home? Obviously, to me, there was no question. I made last minute plane, hotel and rental car reservations, and traveled the almost 900 miles by myself. I arrived alone, nervous, and a little awkward, but didn’t stay that way for long!! I now have a large circle of life long friends and FAMILY that I am proud to say I belong with!! This ministry is not just about singing. I love to sing, but more than that, I love praising my God! I learned how to let everything go and simply Worship. These songs speak the words of my heart and I am confident my Lord heard every one of them!! Thank you Keith and to the Acappella Company for this amazing opportunity. I am looking forward to more and more projects with you!!

    • Thank you, Becky, for your sacrifice to be a part of the Everlasting God project. I appreciate your words. No matter how much we want the music to be accurate and expressive, we have a much higher purpose in worshiping Him. It makes such a difference when we do this as family!

  3. Everlasting God was my third Praise & Harmony project I was blessed to be apart of. If you like to sing I strongly encourage you to get a group together and audition. There is nothing more enjoyable than singing on these recordings. The biggest impact for me the first time was to learn how many people these projects affect. We will never know where this music will land or how it will affect someone. We put most of our efforts at our congregation into missions, and I can think of no better mission tool than the P&H projects. Such a blessing to be on, and again I strongly encourage anyone who might think they would like to be apart of the next one to give it a try. Thanks so much for your vision Keith!!!

  4. Oooo… when is Everlasting God due out? I’ve just watched an online service in Texas where they were already singing Christ is Risen! Beautiful! Can’t wait to teach it over here!

  5. Dios les bendiga a todos. Felicidades Keith es de mucha bendición poder escuchar los himnos.
espero algún día también poder escucharlos en español
    Saludos desde Guatemala.
