“Classic” Makes only one North American appearance this Year

Acappella “Classic” presented a set of favorite Acappella “classic” songs from across the years at this year’s ACAFEST Celebration. I joined Steve Maxwell, Kevin Schaffer, George Pendergrass and Rodney Britt in an enjoyable presentation of songs we have sung many times before. This combination of Acappella alumni never sang together in the Ministry’s history, but this group represents several combinations from across the years. This group was originally organized for last year’s Africa Tour. At Acafest, “Classic” was an honored to open for Acappella, who are carrying the banner into the next generation.

Acappella Headlines Extravaganza Celebration Concert

Acappella’s energetic set was the culmination of an amazing Extravaganza Concert at ACAFEST. The guys’ presentation was in top form as their harmonies combined with unsurpassed enthusiasm blessed the crowd.

Lipscomb University hosts our annual ACAFEST

Every year, we plan an international singing festival during the same time as Lipscomb’s Summer Celebration. People travel from all over the world to be a part of this celebration of song, worship and fellowship. The event is capped by picnic, worship in Allen Arena, outdoor Acappella concert and a huge fireworks display. Great for families with activities planned for all ages, why not make your plans to attend next year, June 29 – July 1?
