I recently re-posted this quote: “The true greatness of any church is not how many it seats, but how many it sends.” How invigorating it is to see these mission groups being sent on a regular basis from our home congregation.

While we were traveling on our longest mission trip to date, including New Zealand, Australia, Malaysia and Singapore, Joe and Carol Peery represented the Praise & Harmony ministry at Park Plaza’s Ministry Fair this month. We appreciate the Peerys so much for assisting in this ministry!

Our home congregation, the Park Plaza Church of Christ in Tulsa, Oklahoma, has been honored with the Antioch Award. The award recognizes churches with a serious focus and emphasis on missions and outreach. Sharon and I are very thankful for our church family and its leadership.
